skill hit not appearing after normal attack

not sure is there a report about this ,if is does sry for posting again.
here is what happen,
normal ex-earth does 4 hits..2 hit instant come out after ex-earth landed ..2 more hits after 1 delay.
IF you landed ex-earth,then hit again with normal attack.
the ex-earth only does the first 2 hits ..and the last 2 hit will not come out.
any idea to fix it?
