announcement of BOSS spawn not working

world boss only show the advise if you are inside the dungeon where they spawn, for example if you are inside the underground dungeon, and vampire spawn, the msg only show if are at the underground dungeon

Which is not how it's supposed to work since last update. I'm gonna fix that.
