Leading of Mining bug [Solved]

I went to the Leader of Mining (Tynen 677, 563) and he asks that I bring him 20 new pikes. I make the 20 pikes and returned to the same guy and he still asks for 20 pikes...I logged and came back in to no avail. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You're doing it wrong, but it's not your fault.
It wants 20 Pickaxes.
