Starcrest quest bug [note: n]

After doing the starcrest quest once, and got a burger, I decided to do it again this morning. Well I started by talking to the npc in northern wanen then getting the book of enrich then going to eastern wanen. While in sermeny's I was d/ced and relogged went back and finished that part of the quest and went back to see the npc in northern wanen again. Turns out he doesn't want to talk to me anymore... I tryed typing quest on and off and all the things you would normally type and nothing changes it. So I'm stuck with a burger.
