PK Mode and Ice Blast [note: n]

I wanted to bump this issue because I'm not sure if my previous thread about it was talking about the yellow message thing that was resolved or this one in particular.

While in PK Mode, partied with 2 other Yllse, my Ice Blast was hitting them and disappearing. It did not damage, but it wouldn't go through them like it should to hit monsters.

This is especially annoying if PKing, since your ice blast will get stopped by your own party members.

On another note, I think I saw this somewhere, but hitting people in war is totally messed up. I'm sure I don't have to go into details, what with people not having war suits and all I'm sure you're aware.
