Big Maze Time Bug!

today i joined the big maze and when i am going to 4/f after i spend 2 hours in big maze, i get lose and i and keep searching the right way to go, but when my screen show me that i still hv 3 mins to go to the next floor, suddenly i got kicked , some player also like me, is that still hv few mins right? after i click the npc in front of the door of big maze, i can go back inside the big maze but i just in2/f moreover the enter of 3/f has been closed !!!! what the hell we wasted 2 hours to get? that is not the first time i got kicked when i still got time to run !!!!!!!!
totally i waster 4-5 hours but got nothing! you guys gm know what time is it in hong kong now ? is 02:00 !!! we spend our sleeping time to get nothing, to waste !!!!!!!!! please !!!!!!!!!!!! fix it as soon as possible, i am here for fun not for wasting my time !!!!!!!!!!

u need to on boss floor for that 3min thing, if u r on other floor u will get kick before time run out.
