Also are they usable or wearable or something, or just a plain item?

They're just a plain item, no function as of yet. I'm not sure if we're permanently keeping them in the mall, but on the other hand; it can't really hurt now can it?

I meant if they are permanent upon purchase. Anyway make them cost a bit more later on perhaps. Maybe give players a week from feb14-21 to buy them for cheaper, then later you double/triple/quadruple the prices. LoL this is turning into a suggestion.
