the wiz in this video is level 60 with 100 magery.
priest & magic tactic doesn't follow weapon tactic, does it?
Or is the chart wrong?
I'm confused..

as far as i know magery and orison should follow this table... mabe hack or different server configuration?
dunno if there is a way of doing it..

edit: i might be wrong but i remember one time that i played as wiz and i used this table to know how much status should i spend in spells and put the others in con cause it wouldnt be of any good cause of magery cap and as far as i remember everytime i reached the skill cap the skill dont get any more xp from party or from you casting skills till you lvl up... mabe a gm can confirm this?

This is just max leechable from party, its not a cap. You can still get TT like normal you just wont be able to leech it.

humm... i think you are right.. i know you can get fb for snowwar cause you can use some G items to raise your status but didnt remember right how this tatics worked =P
