like blue rares 110+ symbol 40+ armors ac.
or blue rares+symbol 110+armors ac.

The 40AC of the symbol are counted in the 110AC CAP (Blue rares).

its counted as a blue rare but it works like white ac as parrying protecting u from spells also.
