25% is too high, it's an extremely good rare and it SHOULD be hard to get. I can agree on 20% at most.

i got 11 yesterday and 13 today but i dont know out of how many since i sit in town ask ppl to use their smith rares if they arent goign to use since i have about 42 smith rares a day and 90 tailor rares a day

usually 1-2 a day per char tho

But yeah, BR is really good so a buff is really unnecessary since most players have a few miners/blacksmiths anyway.
