I would like very much to help you, but i don't understand your post :S can you try a translator?

i think he's :
1) asking what the level ranges are for getting new combat skils after lvl 100

or
2) asking for it to be possible to learn more combat skill books after lvl 100 at the same range of 5 lvl's

i think u get 2 or 3 more between the lvls of 100-150 dunno wat lvls tho

i think it was 101-110, 111-120, 121-130, 131-140 and 141-150 after lvl 100 so 5 more starting from cc+
