If you also used a G7 AC candle, the AC would increased to 279

Archer/Thief/Priest in the other hand have got 7AC less from the shield and 5AC less from armor.
In this sence their ac would be
228 without AC Candle
267 AC with G7 candle.

This set is probably a bit easier, but still not the highest possible AC that can be done.
