Well you can send an invitation at the moment which is something I need to fix but the person will not get added.
Also I won't add the possibility of adding more people in a single team.

If i make a team with a player in another nation, it will be annoying that we will have to be in the same map to start searching for game
I would rather go to arena and type /invitation -_-

Or go Northen Wanen, or maybe West Glade, or even Hegemonia... thats not that much annoying
