ok.. u can hunt all the keys.. and after relog with all the keys for open the first floor.. so the next undead u will have all the keys for open it in 2 seconds.. so u will open it before the hunt

Its GMSignPainter's fail due teleporter.
You should lose all keys as soon as u get in the Dungeon

i guess not if you get teleported by NPC to the next floor. Thats why he relog...

Nope since trading any item before using the NPC kicks you from the quest. So basically I believe just entering the 1f of the dungeon doesn't remove your keys. Using the portal to the next floor does it.
