skills

I read that getting skills takes skillbooks and that they drop from monsters.
I'm level 20 and not one skillbook has dropped for me yet - but one of my skills/spells whatever i'm supposed to be able to get at level 15.
Am I missing something or just having horrible luck?

Got a free one when I turned 20 and had another drop shortly after - guess thats where they start.
I know to right click them but where do you go to learn the skills?

Press S... then u ill se.

Press H and use Help guide. Maybe help u A LOT.

I think it can drop from any monster but the % of dropping is low.
