question about rares

dbl g5 is like g10 right? if so then which one is real limit - grade limit or value limit.
if u didnt understand my question then for example smart max is g10 and max value are 37% but combining dbl g5 which is like g10 u can get rare value of 50%.
if rare limit is real one then warrior dual symbol are g5 not g10 like all says, even if it have rare value of g10 item.
but if limit is max value then there no point getting dbl g5 and even w/ gbl g4 u loose becouse thoes value point dont give a dame if its already exeded max value limit.
im confused :X
