yeah now it doesn't, other servers it was very important, honestly, I recommend going stinger knives at d1, this will leave room for more cha, or endu, which both, are very important in PK, cha more in PVE...this way you get d1 knives at d2, but it isn't too bad going d1 knives at 107 too, you just loose some points..and gain little damage which could be made up, if you have the right rares!

keep in mind that dual knives hv the advantage that they're dura based and not quantity

That's true, but stinger knives are more common than signets..go farm etin for an hour and you've got so many already
