Hi, I just want to know that if I'm corsair, could I wear Nighthawks legends?

is legend status count as G4~5?

Yes, you can.

Legends go from G3-G8 (I think), it's random.
Why should I fear Death? If Death is,

it's random? as in I got the same legends but the status may be different?
