back to the topic.. just out of curiosity, anyone know the % for desire to take effect given all the required conditions are met? (ie: hp lower than 100%)

I'm guessing it's about the same rate as strike and counter.

Okay so, if you're max HP, desire is useless, but like you have 200 HP from max, it will only steal 200 HP to it's opponent, can't be more, right?

Let's say you have g10 desire ( 200% ) and you hit the enemy once for 5k damage and desire takes effect. The opponenty then takes 15k damage ( 5k + 5k x 200% ) and you get healed for 10k ( or whatever amount you are missing )
I'm not sure, but I think it works like that.
I think even with 1hp the desire rare would work full effect in terms of damage to opponent, but yea you'd need someone else to confirm it atm.

pretty sure counter/strike is calculated after desire so desire isn't a good counter for it. dun take my word for it only 80% sure
