Dual Class Symbols

Let's make them not suck. Every dual should be considered by the player. It shouldn't be hands down between 2, and in some cases only 1.
Another note is that upgrading the dual symbols are a pain. Sure they are a good benefit - but why not make them a great benefit? This will also give people more leeway when making rares, and we might see some new developments in end-game PVP as a result.
My main point here is to make every dual symbol valid (or worth getting). A suggestion that branches off of that one is to change to level of Grade for the symbols. For example, AC symbol provides G7.5 AC. MV symbol provides G4 MV. But both symbols have a maximum of G20. So why does AC provide more? Let's make all rare-type symbols that have a max of G20 give G7.5 at level 4. And all rare-type symbols that have a max of G10 (Smart, ACC, etc) a max of G4 at level 4. Before you say "Well it's not fair if two of them give G7.5's and then another symbol only gives two G4's or one G4 and one G7.5." Think about it for a minute and realize that this isn't necessarily true.
Now, for the main part of this. Making each symbol worth it. I'm posting each dual class and symbols which I feel should be associated with that dual. I will only keep the original symbol if it's actually worth a shit. Otherwise, each set is a proposition for that dual that I feel would put it on par with the others.
