The annoucement covered the Salon of INT's question

This is my suggestion it's just some little thing but I find it annoying . So when you answering the Salon of INT . The important thing is the question but it's kinda bad if you can't read the question like in this case . The announcement is covering the question. Which mean you have to wait until the announcement is gone But when you are doing the some quest isn't it quite time wasting ? even though its not that troubling . but could you pls mind this for a bit ;;
