2018 tactic dummies.

highly suggest..make tactic dummies same resist as normal player, and can be Basic Resist,
and make diff AC dummies ,example 50 AC 100 AC 150 AC 200 AC ,
(is it possible to make dummies have SFD/PRO/DS?)
For Test Build Purposes, make life easier
