I think the non-PVP feature and content are equally important (or even more important) than those PVP/balanced fix.

1. There is no way in the current chat system to see the person you are talking to.
->Can we have in-game video call?

3. When people try to share their screenshots with me, I am forced to use 3rd party program or give my private wechat ID.
->Just wonder can we have in-game file sharing service?

Although I feel like this probably will be a low priority one, just want to bring it out to all other players.

or show them in chat box?

make in-game chatting gives reward too, since chatting/warpoint farming/ monster hunting is the only things to do on DRG at this point

eg:

players will be rewarded 1fame/1dual fame every time they typed 10000 sentences in game
or even better, GMs should become actively online and monitor their chat content, if the content is great enough the GM should teleport next to em and reward the group greatly

you are just not good at making suggestion, aren't you?
your suggestion is pretty unreasonable really; there is no in game video and voice call currently
only point 3 can be a valid one, can we send screen shot in ingame mail system? - this is worth for discussion
a suggestion on making the already existing in game chatting system better is reasonable, but yours is not
There is one similar suggestion thread on the forum and that one has much better quality suggestion compared to this one.

My suggestion is to add them in game...because... they are currently not in game... (I know it's a very hard concept to understand, but I believe you can do it). We appreciate your feedback, come again

We also need bill payment feature in game.
The other day I needed to pay my bill but I couldn't do it in the game!
I had to alt+tab just to pay my bills.
For better QoL, let's have this feature.
Maybe together with online banking facility if it's not too much to ask.
Once these feature added, maybe you can consider online shopping feature in game after that.
For better QoL ya know.

Ya and we need a in-game net browser too so I don't have to tab out to use the browser and when I come back to game I already miss a lot of the conversation, watching Dota vids and chatting with other players on drg is now possible
