I know this won't affect 99% of players, but some of the monsters for the hunt EXP quest should be... modified..

Or Larva. It takes so long to kill 50, because the spawns are 3-4, and half are normally "green", so they don't count.

And is there a way to make it so it wont give you a monster lower then your current level? Getting man-plants at level 40 sucks.

I haven't been leveling new char for a while, but I have not had any problem of getting monster too low for my level when I did.
Only had inappropriate monster to kill Ogre (lvl 50+) which was actually the higher level Ogre (lvl 75+, forgot the name), but this was recently fixed.

I suggest you post it in Bug Report section instead.

Regarding monster spawn area, for most monsters i.e. lvl 20++, there's always a good spot to kill them at.
You just have to find it or ask others in-game.
I rembered most places by memory but not coord or map name, so I can't really help you here.
