Guild Alliance Chat

I think its will be a useful function to make a Guild Alliance Chat Channel for different guild in the same alliance to chat and make fun in their chat.
At the moment, I think Guild Alliance function has few constrains to make it not that useful at the moment.
For example, no chat channel between guild alliance and only can have 1 alliance guild at the same time.

Maybe can extend existing guild chat to also include guild alliance regardless of nation.
