Is there a reason why enchant hammer is limited to G2 and +2 instead of G3 and +3?

any reason to keep secrets the ratios of succes fist of all?????, i mean we dont use those shit on cheap crap, we use that shit on mantles and those high grade stuff, WOULD BE AWESOME IF WE KNOW WHAT % OF SUCCES WE GOT.

all games shows what % you got on certain stuff, i dont care if it is 5% or 10% ill continue use it on same stuff, but at last i wana know, becouse i destroy 11+ capes (i lost the count) and i get succes on one with CRAP SHIT rare.

i repeat i gona continue doing that until i get a usefull effect, but wish to know the % of SUCCES.

I guess GMs have no good reason. In that case, please increase the range to g3 and +3.
