I hope its not hard to adjust
1) Couple cooldown timer
2) Symbols with g4eva/g4smart to a better rate (30%)

I think you need to know a bit how DR works.

This change does not only affect triggermage but also Toreador, ̶b̶l̶a̶d̶e̶s̶i̶n̶g̶e̶r̶, Hawkeye, Nighthawk etc
Not sure if you have heard but these duals currently also exist :D

These classes currently are underpowered and unpopular and with some minor changes could be made competitive.
Recent changes where you have to dual to a specific class in order to get spells would be complete if you actually had possibility to utilize the spells.
It works with dualing a priest, why should it not work when dualing a wizard??

I will give you an example:
Archer/Thief Dual Priest can currently utilize reflect curse/luck spell that make them more powerful against a priest but have reduced defense against warriors, archers, thieves. Symbol bonus is G12 resist all , G4 accurate

Archer/Thief Dual Wizard if my suggestion was implemented, could be strong against Wizard/other Archer and weak against Warrior/Priest.
However currently you cant use most of the spells effectively, symbol bonus is G4evasion G4accurate.

It goes even worse when you talk about hawkeye or nighthawk
Their symbol is G4 Smart , G4 accurate - also need rework
