first of all, this is just an idea it can be chaged anytime so anyone who think the suggestion needs some change due to balance just say what and why.
the idea is to make weapons and duals a bit more unique by giving them a special skill or ability.
1h sword: min/max damage reduced by 5% but get an increased chance to get a critical + (0.1xtactic level), cap of 15%.
2h sword: 20% splash dmg + increased chance to get a critical + (0.1xtactic level) cap of 20%.
1h mace:min damage reduced by 15% max damage increased by 15%
2h mace:min damage reduced by 15% max damage increased by 20% + (0.1xtactic level) to bash (1 sec paralise)
pircing: attacks slower than other weapons but give a chance to pirce (ignore enemy magic and physical defence) 0.12xtactic level.
graple:(0.15xtactic level)% chance to make 1 of the next 3 abilitys:
knock out:1 sec paralise
weak:reduce enemy damage by 20% for 2 secs
Confusion for 2 secs.
duals:
what about making duals with wiz/priest give a special skill that only that dual can use instead of stats?something like:
thieve/archer with priest gives Authority of Greatest Luck:
d1:20% for 5 secs
d2:40% for 10 secs
d3:60% for 15 secs
d4:80% for 20 secs
d5:100% for 25 secs
warrior with priest: the holy rage spell animation on hit(yes i love the look of that skill ) but based on weapon 1 charge:
d1: 20% of dmg
d2: 35% of dmg
d3: 50% of dmg
d4: 65% of dmg
d5: 80% of dmg
