You make them unable to hunt (maybe they want?), you make them unable to loot at the boss ;o
Also, you make them loosing a lot of time (remember last 2-3 abyss? undead of last wednesday?)

Don't give me MysteriouKiller as example, I remember pretty well seeing him dying during Balrog in last abyss and NEVER getting ressed ;o

Also, if one of yours die or dc, you slow down killing boss untill he's ressed/back ;o

its not a matter versus only D-S its versus all server. everyone except you vote yes. means not only jill whant it changed everyone on the server whants it.

Wouldn't you do the same for your Guild-Members? Tell me where else can you PK in this Server?
There must be a reason why there is a PK-Button, you cant simply change the Game after you saw it's not benefiting your Guild.

Anyways, my point is, people don't want you ress them to hunt because they don't want hunt for YOU guys while you SLACK at portal, waiting for the boss. This is clearly abusing of the others' kindness.
