That's the Seven Eleven mantle, it's a cape introduced on a previous official server where Seven Eleven was a sponsor/affiliate of that server. Cape is still in the files of DR afaik, but it doesn't mean that guild logos could be on capes or w/e, it's just that one cape

If for example you were to rescale the interface to an actual 1024x768, you'd have to reposition every single menu to the appropriate coordinates.
