fleet missile not Coverting armor

if my covering aromor shot damage is more than a player or mobs hp( or last shot is more than the remaining hp). it dont kill the player or mob, it actually give 5% of their hp back. tested on darkbear and d4 wiz with no buff. not work on all mobs. works on player and dark bear.

request secrets of 2 other nations

its good but just too many quests are npc search. we need change that a little . just make 5-7 quests are npc quests. find some other way for reminder quests.
once we got all the npcs, all npc coord will be shared makes those quests really easy and boring.
