Why not have like a mini boss in every dungeon or something that drops them but has like a 2-3 hour spawn time , like sometimes theres a DeathKnight in Ice dungeon last floor , and sometimes a mini boss in Abyss and Mini Dungeon not sure about the others though. And maybe have the drop rate of like ...
