Dont forget BR is very effective rare group. In comparision to physical dmg offensive group, the potion should be Magic Vigor not Basic Resist. Quite overpowered even with 30% but i think it would be nice if the potion worked.
I suggest inital values for testing:
g1 = 1%
g2= 3%
g3= 6%
g4= 10%
g5= 14%
g6= 18%
g8= 22%
g9= 26%
g10=30%
