I have the same bug NPC not accepting the item requested... Fix this is this week maintenance plz

I separate the stack of 10 to 10 single item.... It still doesnt accept

The Sardonyx quest for bow crafting Barantan ask me for 3 ds bows n 10 premidum whirls
When i turn them in he doesnt accept it

Do we have any patch or update??
Let us dl 1st so we can launch right at the kick off

GM is doing their very best but they could juz give a further time then +2 n +1 hour they added now...
Until its really ready n they themself have to wait for the launch...
To be honest i already wake up 3 times to kick start n try to win RE from the event

I will wait this 1 hour
if the GM says another delay
i will rather play early next morning
