i have a uber idea, only for yllse. When a char reach to dual 1, he need to decide witch main city zyp or vys. Will keep the main nation in balance OR GM need to really block some nation to keep new player on dead city. Just keep in track.
my opinion, SHOULD MAKE VD1 NONE PKEABLE, anyways dual 1 won't be able to defend them self(Lvl range 80-110 i think), while LVLING... vd2-vd3 are mostly dual 2-4. There a chances to do semi defend yourself by your enemies..

This sound more like DREG in AION... might as well, have 2 nation meet in certain point in the dungeon for little pvp. Who ever wins from the pvp can kill the final boss. XD
